Delivery Policy

At Meon Valley Logs we strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service and satisfaction when it comes to purchasing and receiving our firewood and kindling products.

 

Below are the details of our delivery policy:

1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the areas shown on the map. 
If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Delivery Fees
•    Delivery is free with a minimum order value of £125.
•    If you would like to order but live outside of the area shown, please get in touch by calling 07541 953917.

3. Order Processing Time
•    Orders are typically processed within 5 business days.
•    You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and confirmation of the delivery date.

4. Delivery Timeframe
•    Standard delivery times range from 5 business days, depending on your location.
•    We aim to deliver your order during business hours (Monday–Sunday) between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
•    In the case of high demand or adverse weather conditions, delivery may take longer. You will be notified of any delays.

5. Scheduled Delivery
•    If you'd like a specific delivery date, please call us at least 48 hours in advance to schedule a delivery. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time frame.
•    For scheduled deliveries, please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the designated address.

6. Delivery Confirmation
•    Upon delivery, the driver will confirm the drop-off location and notify you of the arrival.

7. Order Modifications & Cancellations
•    If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only modify or cancel orders before they have been packed for delivery.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
•    If your wood arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order, please contact us immediately.
•    Please provide photos of any damages upon receiving the order to help us investigate quickly.

9. Refund Policy
•    Refunds not available once delivery has taken place.

10. Additional Information
•    All firewood orders are delivered in bulk or as pre-measured quantities.
•    Please ensure that your delivery location is accessible for our trucks, especially if you live in rural or hard-to-reach areas.
